Ice Out of Pomona: “ICE Out of Pomona is a broad coalition of organizations in Pomona that in 2017 organized successfully for the City of Pomona to adopt an ordinance that would prohibit the City from partnering with ICE.”

Mission: “The Newcomers Access Center (NAC) helps refugee and immigrant families connect with appropriate services and resources in order to aid them to become self-sufficient and integrate meaningfully into the larger society. NAC finds organizations to work with newcomers to build integrated communities where all cultures are respected.”

“Girl Scouts of all ages, from kindergarten through 12th grade, unleash their potential through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience—a series of engaging, challenging, and fun activities like earning badges, going on awesome trips, selling cookies, exploring science, getting outdoors, and doing community service projects.”

Mission: “To positively impact a culture, a community and a region by providing an innovative and holistic approach to quality mentoring for urban youth and their communities around the world.”

Mission: “Tri-City Mental Health was established in 1960 through a history Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Agreement between the cities of Claremont, La Verne, and Pomona, to deliver mental health services to the residents of the three cities. Through this collaborative effort, Tri-City has been the designated mental health authority for local residents, serving children, youth, adults and older adults alike. Tri-City understands the needs of consumers and their families and acknowledge their strengths and ability to contribute to the development of their path to recovery. We are committed to providing the highest quality and culturally inclusive behavioral health care treatment, prevention and education to help individuals maintain and improve their mental health.”

Mission: Gente Organizada (Gente) is a community-led social action non-profit organization based in Pomona, CA whose mission is to organize to build intergenerational power and wellness for youth and immigrant families in Pomona.

Mission:  FINCA ends poverty through sustainable and scalable solutions inspired by the insights and needs of people in the communities where they live and work.Vision:  A world in which all people have the opportunity to leverage their wisdom, talent and effort to determine their own destiny.

Mission:  We work to end hunger and poverty in partnership with the communities we serve. Our programs support entrepreneurs around the world, creating lasting change from the ground up.

It begins with a seed investment of livestock or agriculture, followed by mentorship to help project participants build a business, and ultimately to gain access to supply chains and markets.

These families are able to earn a living income and continuously lift up their communities as they train the next generation of leaders.

By supporting and training the world's farmers, ranchers, and female business owners, we're investing in a new breed of success.

Mission:  Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home. We believe affordable housing plays a critical role in strong and stable communities.
