Worship with Us
At Pomona Fellowship Church of the Brethren, worship is central to our life together. During this season of transition in our church life, we have a new rhythm of our worshipping life. On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, we gather in-person in the Parish Hall of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Pomona. On the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sundays of each month, we continue to gather on Zoom for worship. Contact us to receive the Zoom link!

In general, we worship in a traditional style with a few contemporary twists thrown in. When you worship with us, you can expect:

Songs!
Depending on the Sunday we sing traditional hymns, contemporary praise music, and contemplative songs. Our choir, praise team, and individual musicians also bless us with their musical gifts regularly.

Sharing!
We are a small, tight-knit community that values sharing our lives with one another, which is why you’ll hear stories of personal joys, concerns, and celebrations as part of our prayer time.

Scripture!
We base our faith and discipleship on the Christian scriptures, including the Hebrew Bible (or Old Testament) and the New Testament. Most weeks we read lessons from both Testaments.

Sermons!
Pastor Lauren and other congregational leaders preach messages grounded in scripture with the intention of applying its lessons to our lives and seeking to understand how God is still at work in our world today.
Accessibility
Our in-person worship location is on the ground level through an
ADA-accessible entrance.
We project all scriptures, lyrics, and words for worship onto a wall or screen and all worship participants use microphones.
